Domack Restoration, LLC has been awarded 12 projects over the past 10 years at Greens Farm Academy by their construction manager AP Construction of Stamford, CT.  These projects have included roofing, siding, waterproofing and air barrier which provides its clients a total envelope system by one contractor. The latest project was the 21,000 square-foot Preforming Arts Center with a classroom wing fully integrated into the existing school structure. This work consisted of Grace sheet-applied underslab and foundation wall waterproofing, Tyvek Fluid applied air barrier, Johns Manville EPDM and PVC roofing, Cembonit and Resysta rain screen siding with Knight Rail Support system and Green Grid Vegetative roof trays.  The team at Domack also assisted with the projects budgeting, value engineering, safety and logistical planning. The architect for this project was Roger Ferris + Partners.

“We strive to give our clients the best possible products and workmanship available with safety at the top of our list. One of the most difficult things to accomplish is to have a complete building envelope and by doing that with one company all the coordination between products and other contractors is eliminated,” said Jason Domack, Managing Member of Domack Restoration, LLC.
